Today in Y4 we learnt about the tradition Day of the Dead (Día de los muertos) in Mexico.
We sang together a song, we learnt some words in Spanish:
La calavera: skull
Las flores: flowers
La vela: candle
La ofrenda
Pan de muerto: bread of the dead.
And we designed a traditional “Calavera de Día de Muertos”.
