Dear Parents and Carers,

What an unusual and exciting week we’ve had – we were on BBC Live Lessons! Fifteen of our children took part in a live lesson with Sir Lenny Henry and Naomi Wilkinson. I know many of you have already seen it, but you can still catch it on CBBC and BBC iPlayer. It was fabulous to see our children involved – we may even have some future TV presenters in the making!

The BBC producers rang me personally to say how impressed they were with our children’s behaviour and attitude. They really did us all proud.

Just in case you mised this last week…

Marvellous Me is back up and working

We are delighted to inform you that the app ‘Marvellous Me’ is up and running.

You should have received a message from your class teacher by the end of Monday. If you didn’t, please follow this guide on how to fix it.

Clear app data and cache (device dependant)
Go to your device’s Settings > Apps & notifications (or Apps, depending on your device).
Find the MarvellousMe app, select it, and choose Storage.
Clear both the app’s cache and data.

Go to your device’s Settings > General
Choose Storage. Find the MarvellousMe app, select Offload App
Restart your device A restart helps apply the changes fully.
Try logging in again – If you’re still unable to log in, access the app and repeat the process
As a workaround, you should be able to open your device’s browser and try accessing the parent portal here: https://parent.marvellousme.com/
