Here, we look at back at what some children from the current Year 6 classes remember about their time at SJB
My favourite memory is from Year 3 when we went on a school trip to Kidzania in Westfield. We had so much fun but it also allowed me to discover about jobs were like in the real world and also think what I wanted to do when I was older.
I started SJB in Year 2, and the first day was amazing and have made some great friends along the way. We had lovely teachers who supported you when you were feeling down and teach you in a way you will understand. When your child goes to the school, he or she will really enjoy it!
One of my favourite memories was from way back in Reception when my teacher tied my hair up with Loom Bands and I looked like an alien! It was funny! In Year 6, I couldn’t have hoped for better teachers and because of COVID-19, I even got to get Michelle as a TA who I had wished for since Year 2.
My best memory of school was during Work Week in Year 5 when we got to explore the fashion industry and we got to design our own clothes and then make them with my friends and we had so much fun!
I remember when I got my first pen license as that was a really special occasion. When I got it, I always used to really show off that I had a pen! I also remember on Sports Day two years ago when it was really hot and we got to spray ourselves with water to keep cool!
