Dear Families,

Welcome Back!

A huge welcome back to all of our children in Years 1 to 6! It has been wonderful to have the school full of children again, and we are really looking forward to welcoming our Early Years children from Monday.

It has been a fantastic first couple of days. The children have settled back into school life brilliantly, already making great choices and impressing their teachers. It has been a real pleasure to walk around the school over the last couple of days and see everyone so settled, engaged in their learning and enjoying being back with their friends. We have been really impressed with the positive start they have made.

PE days will now be on either a Thursday or Friday, unless your child goes swimming on a Tuesday. Please see the accompanying poster to find out which day your child will have PE.

Please also keep an eye out for our clubs list next week. We are currently putting together our package of clubs and activities for the term and look forward to sharing this with you all.

Parent Welcome Meetings: Starting next week, we will be holding our Parent Welcome Meetings for each year group. These are an opportunity to meet your child’s teacher, hear about the year ahead and receive some key information about routines, expectations and learning.

All meetings will begin at 8:45am. Please come to the front office on arrival.

Wednesday 9th September – Year 4
Thursday 10th September – Year 3
Monday 14th September – Year 2
Tuesday 15th September – Year 1
Wednesday 16th September – Year 6

We hope that as many parents and carers as possible will be able to join us, and we look forward to welcoming you.
