Dear Families,
It was wonderful to see so many of you at our Learning Walk on Thursday. Parents shared how impressed they were with the high-quality teaching taking place across the school and the excellent behaviour for learning shown by all pupils. Many of you also commented on how valuable it was to see the strategies we use in the classroom brought to life.
Thank you for helping to make our very first Learning Walk such a positive and encouraging experience. If you have any feedback or suggestions for future events, please do let me know—your thoughts are always appreciated.
It has also been great to hear so many fun tales from the Year 4 residential this week. From archery to building Flintstone-style vehicles, team-building games, rope courses, and much more – so much fun was had! Do check out our Instagram to see some of the wonderful moments captured along the way.
Wishing you all a lovely weekend,
Ms Toni Mason
A huge thank you to all our families for your generous donations for Children in Need. Thanks to your kindness. We raised £120 for BBC Children in need.
It was fantastic to see so many wonderful homemade spotty outfits across the school—your creativity and enthusiasm made the day even more special.
Thank you for your support and for helping us make a difference.

Keeping your child safe from the spread of illness – both at home and at school – starts with a few simple but effective habits. As we enter the season when colds and other illnesses spread more easily, it’s especially important that we all do our bit to stay healthy. Encourage regular handwashing with soap and water, teach your child to cover coughs and sneezes, and remind them to avoid touching their face. Making sure they get enough sleep, eat a balanced diet, and stay hydrated helps keep their immune system strong. By supporting these healthy habits, we can help ensure children are well enough to come into school, maintain good attendance, and avoid unnecessary gaps in learning.

As we prepare for our upcoming Christmas Fayre, we are kindly asking for any donations you may be able to offer to support our raffle and tombola stalls. These stalls are always a highlight of the event, and your generosity helps us create a fun, festive atmosphere while raising valuable funds for our school community. We welcome a wide range of items, including unopened toiletries, chocolates and sweets, small games or toys, books, gift sets, stationery, candles, festive decorations, or even vouchers from local businesses. If you have something suitable tucked away at home or are able to pick up a small item during your next shop, we would be incredibly grateful. On Friday 5th December, we shall be having an own clothes day where you can bring in these donations. Every contribution, big or small, helps make the Christmas Fayre a success for all our families. Thank you for your continued support and festive spirit!
